Paragraph of A BUS STAND
A bus stand is a very busy public place.
Buses stop here so that the passengers can get on and get down from a bus.
Passengers wait here impatiently for a bus to come. Generally a bus stand is
seen in the junction of big roads or beside a market. In cities bus stands are
found along the major bus routes. In rural areas bus stands are usually found
at specific places along the highways connecting with the towns. There are
always hustles and bustles at a bus stand. At some bus stands there are sheds
for passengers. In some bus stands there are ticket counters. Passengers wait in
a long line to buy tickets. Cheats and pickpockets also take advantage of the
crowd and cause harm to passengers. We can also find hawkers and tea stalls
selling tea, snacks and other goods at a bus stand. A bus stand should have
permanent sheds for passengers.
